Pricebeat Music Plans Website Restructuring in 2014
In an effort to further define it's market identity, Pricebeat Music will be restructuring it's eCommerce website located at www.pricebeatmusic.com to feature specialty instruments, wholesale lots and closeouts. The so-called "boutique store" business model is a growing trend among smaller businesses that wish to serve niche markets instead of competing with the large national retailers that spend a tremendous amount of money and manpower to drive website traffic."Although we do stock and sell a full line of musical instruments and accessories on various sales channels including Ebay, Amazon and the Florida based brick and mortar store Upbeat Music, we feel that the Pricebeat Music website will provide better service and product selection for the professional musician by offering products and prices that typically aren't found on other websites in our industry" says Pricebeat Music Founder and President JC Murphy. "Basically, we're pulling all the small goods off the site and recategorizing for the new business model. We intend to modify the Upbeat Music website to serve the Northwest Florida area with school band supplies, band instruments, musical accessories and other types of instruments such as guitars, keyboards, drums & percussion, and stage & studio products such as PA and lighting gear. " says Murphy.
Pricebeat Music has been selling online since 2010 as the official online sales channel for Upbeat Music, a 2013 NAMM Top 100 Retailer. Authorized brands include Fender Musical Instruments, Ibanez Guitars and Amps, Deering Banjos, Martin Guitars, Sonor Drums, Yamaha, Behringer, Hohner, Amati, Morgan Monroe and many more.
