So...Bob Moog's widow apparently reneged on an agreement with Moog's daugher Michelle Moog-Koussa to officially transfer ownership of Dr. Bob's archives to The Bob Moog Foundation, a non-profit organization that has been collecting and restoring the archives for over 7 years. The archives are slated to be transferred to Cornell University where Dr.Moog received his engineering degree about the same time the Moog synthersizer was being demonstrated at the AES.
Ms. Moog-Koussa who is the founder of the Boob Moog Foundation had this to say: "The Moog Family is saddened and surprised not to be part of the
discussion to move our father’s archives away from the organization
where they would receive the most well-rounded care, and away from the
area where the Bob Moog Foundation, Moog Music, and Moogfest are
located."

Guitarists...I'm Feeling Loopy. Have You Seen My Ditto?
No, it's not a trick question...it's the new Ditto Looper guitar pedal from TC Electronic. This surprisingly small, simple and compact device can record up to 5 minutes of studio quality audio with unlimited overdubs. With one switch and one knob it doesn't get much easier to use. Just plug a guitar (or any other electric instrument) into the input jack and plug the output into an amp or audio system. Connect a 9 volt power supply and you're ready to rock. The Ditto Looper is perfect for songwriters, solo musicians and anyone
who just wants to spark some creativity. Short on space? No problem.
It's half the size of a stapler and weighs about the same so it will fit
in your pocket, case, pedal board or gig bag with no problem. If you're
looking for a simple way to add sound-on-sound looped layers for less money than a wild night on the town then this gadget is a no-brainer.
